1.Dance For Healing-Reconnect, Release, and Renew Through Movement--

Join us for a transformative journey where movement becomes medicine. This workshop invites participants of all backgrounds to explore the healing power of dance in a safe, supportive, and heart-centered space. Through guided movement, free-form expression, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices, we will release stuck energy, reduce stress, and awaken a deeper connection to self and body.

No dance experience is needed—just a willingness to move, feel, and heal.

2. Chinese Dance (Year of the Horse)

Inspired by traditional and contemporary Chinese dance forms, this workshop celebrates the vitality, freedom, and spirited energy of the Year of the Horse. Flowing gestures, grounded stances, and expressive rhythms cultivate grace, strength, and cultural connection as we welcome the new year.


3.Yoga Dance Flow
March 21, 1-2:30pm

A seamless blend of yoga, dance, and breath, this class invites you to move with fluidity and intention. Structured sequences melt into creative flow, building strength, flexibility, and embodied presence while honoring personal expression.


4. Dance to Detox
April 18

Spring season in Chinese Medicine is a perfect time to detox the body. Come join Lorelei for an energizing movement journey designed to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and release stagnation. Through rhythmic movement, breath, and gentle shaking, we help the body let go of physical and energetic toxins, leaving you refreshed and renewed.
5. Using props to support body while build strength and increase the flexibility—May 16?Props are wonderful tools to support body in various ways.This workshop focuses on using a martial stick as a versatile prop to support flexibility, balance, and creative movement. Through guided drills and flowing sequences, the stick is used to enhance joint mobility, deepen stretches, improve coordination, and build functional strength. Partnered with mindful breath and body awareness, the practice invites playful exploration and martial-inspired patterns, helping participants discover new ranges of motion, stability, and expressive potential. Suitable for all levels, no prior martial arts experience required.
