These five 10-week Qigong series run continuously throughout the year on Friday mornings from 7am–8am ET. The series immersion into embodied presence, energetic harmony, and the wisdom of two ancient healing lineages.

Course Description:

Breath of the Dao is a gently powerful journey that weaves together the fluid intelligence of Qigong with the structural awareness of Yoga. Rooted in Daoist philosophy and supported by yogic breath, posture, and mindfulness, this course guides you back to the simplicity of being—where movement becomes meditation and breath becomes the bridge between Earth and Heaven.

Over series of classes, you will explore the foundations of energetic alignment through the Three Dan Tian, the flow of the spine, the balance of Yin and Yang, and the natural spirals that awaken your body’s innate healing capacity. Each session blends standing Qigong forms, mindful Yoga sequences, breath practices, and short meditations to help you cultivate softness, grounding, vitality, and clarity.

These series is designed for all levels—from beginners seeking deeper self-awareness to experienced practitioners looking to integrate Qigong’s subtle power with Yoga’s embodied strength. By the end of the program, you will walk away with tools to harmonize your energy, calm your mind, nourish your organs, and embody a more spacious, resilient, and centered way of living.
