This 10-week Qigong course series runs continuously throughout the year on Monday mornings from 7–8am ET. Each session invites you to begin the week with mindful movement, deep breathing, and inner stillness. Throughout the year, we will explore a variety of traditional and contemporary Qigong forms, with each 10-week series focusing on one particular form in depth.

Repetition is at the heart of cultivation. As we repeat and refine each movement, layer by layer, we begin to uncover the deeper essence of the form—the subtle flow of Qi, the integration of breath and body, and the quiet awakening of awareness within movement. Through this ongoing practice, students develop greater sensitivity, strength, and harmony, allowing Qigong to become not just a practice, but a way of living in balance with oneself and nature.

January 5 to March 9
Zhineng Qigong + Hun Yuan Xin Yi Gong

Series 2:
March 16 to May 18
Zhineng Qigong + Chan Si Gong

Series 3:
May 25 to July 27
Zhineng Qigong + Meridian QiGong

Series 4:
August 3 to October 12 (no class on Aug 31) (Series 4)
Zhineng Qigong + Neurological Qigong

Series 5:
October 19 to December 21 (Series 5)
Zhineng Qigong + Taijiquan 8 Movements
