Zhineng Qigong is one of the most practiced Qigong forms in China. It’s a life science based on systematic theory and methods. “Zhi” means Intelligence, “Neng” means ability, capacity and skilled gained through practice. It has shown in the Qigong history that people who have practiced Zhineng Qigong for a period of time and gained some extraordinary intelligence and abilities in using the mind/Yi and Qi to heal one’s diseases and the illness of others.
Zhineng I & II course is focusing on refining level one, Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa (Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down Method) and level two, Xing Shen Zhuang (Body and Mind) form. Strengthening our Qi field for building a strong immune system and vital health.
In addition, Lorelei is also teaching San Xin Bing Zhang Zhuang (Three hearts merge standing meditation), and variety of mini qigong forms such as Opening & Closing, Chen Qi, La Qi, Rou Qi, Wall Squatting and some Qigong stretching exercises.
Lorelei strongly recommend students to study the Qi Intelligence 1 & 2 before taking this course to build solid foundation and Jing level. However, this course is not limited to those who are new to Zhineng Qigong.
