Enso Calligraphy & Qi Circles
One stroke Enso Circle (AKA Zen Circle), represents one follows one's heart to enlightenment through each present moment in life. It is a minimalist Japanese symbol that features a simple, circular shape that is not filled in, the empty space symbolizes the infinite potentiality that's not locked(see the opening) but connected from inner to outer with limitless wisdom.
Come join Lorelei and experience this simplicity moment of connection of the breath, movement and brush stroke. Lorelei is excited to share her first-ever-shared Qi Circles routine inspired by the Enso calligraphy with you!
