"why" we move the way we do and "how to" practice in order to maximize our cultivation? In this outdoor Qigong workshop, Lorelei will be sharing eight integral movements from Taijiquan and break down each application to Qigong practice, helping you understand the somatic aspect of the movement and form. She will be sharing some valuable tips of how she practices Taijiquan and Qigong and how many different ways of practicing both Taijiquan and Qigong to keep your practice more fun and interesting. Lorelei also has created a simple but powerful routine based on these eight movements that infuses Qigong principles for your daily practice. Lorelei trusts that with clearly understanding of HOW to practice and what you need to pay attention will help improve and gain greater insight and strength from your daily cultivation. |
