Qigong For Nourishing the Kidneys

Qigong For Nourishing the Kidneys
In Traditional Chinese Medicine & Qigong theory, our bones are ruled by the Kidneys, as well as our bone marrow, brain, teeth, ears (hearing) and hair. Kidneys also store the blueprint of our ancestors and essence of who we are. This mysterious organ is our life reservoir and holds so much of our past, present and future. How long our life is going to be has a lot to do with how well do we reserve our “Xian Tian Qi” the prenatal Qi, “jing”, the essence and “Yuan Qi” the original Qi, how fast we “drain” our “Jing/Qi Bank”.

“Qigong for strengthening the kidneys and bone health” focuses on restoring Kidney's vitality with variety of exercises from Qigong different forms and healing sounds including Bone Marrow Cleansing Qigong, Bone Breathing Qigong, Dao Yin Nourishing Life Qigong 13 movements, Yi Quan Zhan Zhuang and more.

As we approach winter, it’s a perfect time to cultivate the Kidney Qi. To honor the nature’s clock, we will be starting on Monday, Nov 7th, right after the Daylight Savings Time ends, and finish on March 6th, right before Daylight Savings Time begins.
