Lorelei studied the "Sun and Earth Qigong" from her beloved teacher, the Qigong Master, Ken Cohen. In this workshop, Lorelei will be teaching you this simple and beautiful form to connect with cosmic and earth energy. Movement Medicine

We all know how to dance even before we can remember when we are in our mothers' womb. We wiggles our body to communicate with our mothers, we learn how to understand her through sensing her movements. Introduction to White Crane Qigong + Acupressure for healing brain workshop

The White Crane Qigong is part of the whole White Crane system, which includes a martial arts system and both soft and hard White Crane Qigong. It was first developed by a woman named Fang, Qi Niang in the 17th Century A.D. She had learned a Crane style from her father who practiced that form which came from Shaolin Monastery.
