This entire course contains fifty-eight lessons on Qigong, body meridians based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese characters, Chinese culture, history of Qigong and many forms of Qigong practices and these were video typed during Lorelei's live teachings on zoom. The main Qigong form taught here is called "Double Phoenix Five Elements Qigong" which created by Lorelei Chang and Mai Nakanishi. Each lesson is about 60 minutes length, total 58 lessons. The course contains six sections and follows the five elements theory of water, wood, fire, earth, metal and returning to the source of water. While teaching the Double Phoenix Five Elements Qigong, Lorelei also introduced many other forms of qigong such as the Five Animal Frolics, Intelligent Qigong, Dao Jia Gong-Daoist Qigong, Longevity Qigong etc.

Lorelei hopes that more people will benefit from her teachings. As Chinese herself, and study dance, Taijiquan, Qigong and Chinese calligraphy at very young age, she infused all of these elements in her brilliant teachings. Lorelei recognizes that her purpose in life is not just living in this life fully but also sharing her unique culture, her passion for movement, Qigong and calligraphy, she hopes to bring peace, health, knowledge and happiness to others as well.
